🚪 Production time is 5-7 business days. It does not include shipping time which takes another 3-5 business days.
🚪 Since a lot of our doormats are purchased as gifts, by default we do not include invoices and receipts. If you need one, please contact us PRIOR to placing an order.

Post items back to me within: 21 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
